Dear Supposed Service Provider, I recently applied for a contract, after having to complain on Facebook to find out where my phone is, because I've been waiting for 2 months, I finally received my phone. Now i'm being billed for a contract that I'm not getting as my number is still prepaid and my contract is registered to another number. I went in to the cell c store today for the second time, and was informed that they cant help me. Please contact me on 0844035674. p.s. I am not going in to a store again to rectify this. If you cannot fix this I want to cancel my contract and you can come and collect my phone.
