I have been an Auto Page client for 8 years (maybe more). Even after they try to bribe me to stay with them offering you whatever phone you want I made up my mind that enough was enough of bad service.

On the 8th of April i logged a call with Auto page to cancel my contract and make it pre paid so i can move to a different service provider or stay on pre paid. I asked the who logged the call 733947 what do I need to do and was told that, on the 14th of May every thing will be fine and I just have to load air time. My sim was RICA'ed at AP prior. On the 14th of my my phone had no service at all contacted auto page and was told it will be sorted later in the day got service later that day but line is suspended due to non RICA call the call centre I get this that tells me I need to go into a MTN store pay for a sim swap and take my RICA. Since i had a feeling he was another employed by AutoPage. I called the call centre again and was told that the new staff some times make mistakes and she will sort every thing out for me Call : 254514. Been a day nothing sorted i call the call centre again and i get the same explanation as the first i spoke to. What do I do??
