My family and I took out a mtn top up contract with Foschini and the contract ended in march. When it was time to have our numbers switched over to prepaid, we had to fight with them and they only switched over my familys and not mine. I kept phoning and phoning but nothing was done about it and got fed up with them wasting my time and running up my phone bill. Im a young woman, going out without a working phone is dangerous anything can happen on the road and i wouldve had to rica my number all over again, I wanted it to be dealt with asap. Four months later still nothing and without warning yesterday they cancelled my number without even reactivating it. This is really bull the decent thing to do would be to phone and atleast let me know. Plus i had just bought my months worth of data and its all gone! I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life its absolutely ridiculous, I AM FURIOUS!
You guys wasted my time and energy and airtime.
