New Contract Additions

I started the process of moving a cell number from another service provider to Nashua Mobile on 03 April 2013.I sent numerous emails and contacted the person responsible at the other service provider and gave all the details required. This request to port the number and issue the new phone and contract has not been completed as of today. My last phone call from Prudence I was promised that this would be sorted out the same day and it is now 5 days later and 30 days since I started this process and I am without a contract and without my new phone. I am not sure what to do regarding this as all attempts humanely possible have failed.
