On the 26th of September I took out a contract on a Samsung S3, the store only Rica'd my sim on the 1st of October. On the 6th of October the phone started restarting when you close an application. I took the phone in and they said it's a software issue and they need to update the phone. The phone worked well for a day and started restarting again. I took the phone back to the store and they said sorry it need to go to Samsung for a warranty assessment although this error started within 7 days from the sim was rica'd. Samsung has approved a swap out and the MTN shop has no stock of the Samsung S3.

It's been 2 weeks that I've been struggling without a phone and the store is ignoring telephone calls. When I get thru they inform me that Darren is not in the office and he also does not return my calls. I've got two number for the store and they simply just don't answer 0838696637 or 0832227791

Guys I've bought out my contract at my previous service provider because of their bad service, but now I've gone from bad to worst.

Please sort this out as I will be receiving my first invoice soon and I didn't even use the phone.
