Contract cancellation

I have received a quotation for the cancellation of the my cellphone contract, made the payment and sent through the necessary documentation but Vodacom wont cancel my contract in fact Vodacom has just sent me the money airtime as per subscription. I have been trying to call the call centre but yet there is no answer. I am fuming and desperate.
