I have cancelled contract It was March this year, because there was a dispute between Me and MTN, I was supposed to upgrade the contract on January I didn't, i called them because they increase the money I asked the why they charging g me I don't have a new contract or upgrade my contract they told me if I want to cancel it I need to pay R1 500 and then they will cancel it I payed the sum of R 1500 from AB SA and sent the proof of payment to them the asked me do I need me my in prepaid I said yes they jumped only one month they start deducting money.
I need this issue to be resolved immediately.
