Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that the original copy was already sent and the second request is for the reprint.

How does one get this company to understand that there is no request for a REPRINT. There never was an original. It is an electronic issue of a statement and all that I was for the electronic version to be re-mailed. It would have cost less than all the effort they have gone to to try explain their pathetic client service attitude!!!
