CEL IN WARRANTY BUT REFUSING TO FIX - COST 2 MUCH

I am totally disgusted at Mtn. My blackberry keeps on switching off and the silver (scroller) coming off. as my blackberry is within warranty i take it to the mnt store cape gate and they sent if off for "repair". when calling them yesterday to enquire about phone they said it was at the store. imagine my disgust when the man i dont know his name tells me sorry cant be fixed you must just take your broken phone back even though it is still under warranty. as it mtn technicians say its to much to repair. is this my problem? I would think that they would try there very best to keep an unhappy client happy.and to add insult to injury on my screen there are lots of things stuck in screen that was never on my screen. If the phone is under warranty and you saying its to much to fix, is that my problem. I think not, as is it my fault that the scrollers siLver is coming off and it does not work. I want my phone fixed or replaced. Is it my fault it is going to cost to much to repair? i think not. Mtn's responsibility is to keep there clients happy as there are so many other networks to choose from. This whole experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth!!! DISGUSTED!!!
