Still No MMS service after MTN Claim its active

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records mms service was activated and it is currenlty in use.

PLEASE CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY MTN CAN SEND ME PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING AS MMS, yet neither my friends or work acquaintances can send me pictures, videos, bus cards, etc and why I cannot send pics, bus cards, videos, etc YET YOU CLAIM MY MMS SERVICE IS ACTIVE... IT SEEMS IT IS ONLY ACTIVE FOR MTN TO SEND ME ADVERTISING
