I logged a compliant yesterday and will continue to complain until something is done about this disgusting service from Cell C. I was on roaming in Greece. For 1 days usage I supposedly used over R6000 which is ridiculous in the first case. They then suspended my phone leaving me without communication in a foreign country as well as stuck at the airport with no way of contacting my lift. I then speak to customer service who says I need to pay R3500 to reconnect even though they cant tell me what the exorbitant R6000 is for. So I pay this first thing yesterday morning. I emailed and phoned virtually everyone I can get hold of at Cell C service. I was even promised here on Hello peter that "Sipho" will sort it out. However I am still without my phone and no resolution or care from Cell C. I am ready to send lawyers to go claim damages from Cell C as my work is now being affected as my phone is critical and I am required to be available 24/7. Cell C has my vote for worst company in South Africa!
