I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records to our records the number was migrated to top up.

What about the current bill and what about the previous two invoices that I had to pay in order to keep my other two phone contracts running and to avoid suspension of services?
Is MTN going to credit me for that???
Why did it take MTN more than 10 months to get this contract to a top-up???
As a client for more than 14 years, I am very disappointed with the service that I got from MTN.
