Sent my phone in for repairs, received it 6weeks later still not working because apparently it was my fault for the charging unit not working anymore. I pay R350 every month for this phone, yet when I send it in and is still under warranty I get a quote of R1200!!! Vodacom is selling this phone to me, it is not my fault that blackberry isn't a good quality phone, its Vodacom's responsibility to keep their clients happy!!! going to consumer watch, tired of battling with Vodacom
