I would like to say that as a vodacom customer I am very un happy and will take both of my contracts away from vodacom and will use another service provider. I have put a complaint on hellopeter and no response from Vodacom, this is very poor service.
My blackberry has been at the advanced repairs for almost 3 weeks now. They have told me now that my phone is not under warranty anymore as the cover has scratches. The internet and bbm did not work so I handed it in, the phone came back with internet working but the bbm still off. Now I have to pay almost 600 rand for Vodacom to fix my phone just because of scratches on the phone. This in unacceptable to me.
