I am Beverly Appalsamy. I understand I was in arrears in my account. I was led to beleive that they will not cancel my line thats why they would charge me an amount of 96.56 to keep the line and the line was suspended. In assuring that the number 0396843768 will still remain mine as long as i pay the outstanding amount. Why charge me for a line when, you know you going to cancel it and furthermore not inform me. I will not accept this kind of shoddy service.and I must still pay a 700 deposit for a new line and number. I am not runnning away.
