I moved my data to afrihost. What a mistake. In the month I was with them line speeds where seldom more than 0.2Mbps on a 2Mbps line. On the phone for at least 1/2 an hour twice a week. One day I had enough and said I am not wasting another minute on my own bill, the lady said she would phone me back immediately, 22min later she phoned, explaining that she took another call before calling me back. That really made me feel special and cherished by them. They claimed the problem was on Telkom's side, logged a complain and told me to wait for telkom. Telkom said its fixed. Again the speeds was fine for a day but in the morning back to 0.2Mbps. Then they wanted a screenshot of my speeds, I asked them how do I take a screenshot and it couldn't be explained so he said no just send the url via email. So it went on until I had enough and cancelled everything with them. They advertise a 60day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I took it up. Again problems, the url link for the claim does not work. After another 2 calls finally they logged it, I only get back the data money thus in truth only what I paid not really double. Mweb is fantastic and the speeds great not one problem.
