Cancellation of Contract

One of my contracts is due to expire on 12 October 2013 and since a 30 day cancellation is required I've tried to contact the cancellations department in order to give my notice. I called 082 1958 and was on hold for 52 minutes before I was disconnected. I then contacted 082 111 where a helpful lady tried to contact cancellations before putting me through to them but I was disconnected after 15 minutes. I called 082 111 again where I screamed at some poor gentleman who was helpful enough to log a request for a call back. But from what I read on hellopeter it seems unlikely I will be contacted.

This service is totally unacceptable and I know many people are leaving Vodacom due to bad service. We have such a high unemployment rate so if your call centers are understaffed then try employing some of those people. Two birds, one stone!
