I called the cancellations department after being on hold for more than 30 min before the 29th November to cancell my contract with vodacom.
yet i am still being debitedfor this contract... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
You are messing up my credit history by debiting my account!!

i spoke to the call centre manager (Wiseman) this morning who said he will call me back after 8am...
i am still waiting for this call!!

Vodacom customer service is pathetic..the attitute and service of the call centre is disgusting.
I was told by customer service that they cannot help me and that i must call cancellations... so why the do you have customer service if you cannot help me.

Cancellations department must have 2 people in that call centre because you sit on hold for more than 30 min before getting through to anyone.

It is not my job to make sure vodacom systems work and employees do their job.
I want this amount refunded into my account asap and this contract cancelled!!

i gave over a months notice for this cancellation and the system has even made a note for the cancellation yet i am still paying for this contract!!!

Im sick and tired of having to get service from vodacom via this site
