I am amazed at how Vodacom are happy to sign up multiple contracts with you but will not cancel them and acknowledge your request for cancellation. I am a 14 year customer on 1 number and have had multiple contracts inbetween. I am trying to cancel 2 other contracts and faxed the cancellations through on 1 March 2013 and asked for acknowledgment of cancellation but nothing. I have called the cancellation hotline and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. So.. cancel my 2 numbers and retain me as a customer on my third or loose me on all 3 and as many other people as possible. Maybe after all this time i should consider Cell C?
