Payment not updated on the Credit Bereus

Good Day

Spoke to Fidelis from Nashua who advised to pay R 1098.00 to the Nashua Nedbank account to settle my account. Payment was made on 11 July 2012 and proof sent to Fidelis. Makoni. I then received a call about two weeks back from the collectors that i stil owe them. On 24 January 2013 i checked my creadit profile and again they still have not updated my profile and my account is still in arrears. I want to apply for a bond but can't because this might affect the approval
