Acount up to date but listed Credit Bureau arrears

My account was paid up on the 10th Jan, I did sent an email to Nashua's legal team enquring as to when ITC will be updated with same payment. I havent heard any response from Nashua since then.

Maybe I need to repeat my question: " Nashua- my account was paid up on the 10th Jan, when will ITC be updated accordingly" as we are expected to make follow us with what yoy guys know very well that you are employed to do???
