I have an account with Nashua mobile on which My mother is the contract holder and im liable for the payment-where i have always paid on time and never had any issues, until in december where i kept money for you to debit and never did, no-one contacted me regarding that, then today when i check my accounts i see that there was debit of R583 and normally is R228 without any notification. It is January for heavens sake and if no one calls me in the next hour to explain what happening and refund me for extra debit that is inconveniencing me, i will cancel if need be.
