I'm very disappointed by what Nashua is doing to their loyal customer. I've been with Nashua since 2007 and I have never experience what I'm experiencing now and to cut the story short, every single month Nashua have been debiting my bank account without any hassles until December 2012, whereas now the payment for the month of December 2012 and January 2013 are outstanding and my phone was soft locked without anyone calling to tell me the reason, then on the 26 January 2013 I went to Nashua Outlet in Elarduspark to complain and they told me that on the system it shows that I've been paying my Nashua account with cash and in November 2012 I did an electronic payments of which that was incorrect because I have never done any cash payment nor electronic payment to pay my Nashua account. And when I asked the lady who was assisting me to check the previous months before November 2012, she told me she does not have that record and only Nashua account department will be able to do so, and also I have my bank statements to proof that Nashua have been debiting my bank account every month except the month of December 2012 and January 2013.
