I just want to express my frustration with regards to Nashua Mobile once again, I requested for a settlement balance in May and received a letter after a couple of days, actually after complaining on HelloPeter. The account was settled end of May 2013. When I phoned the call centre last week and was transferred to Legal department to check if they received a payment because on my ITC profile the account still shows that its opened. So when I phoned to enquire I told the payment was only allocated on the 8th of July which is strange because I got banking details and reference numbers on the letter and have proof that the payment went through on the 30 May 2013. When is the account going to be closed and my profile updated. I`m in a process of applying for a bond and cant afford to have accounts open.
