Still don't care about client service

As if it is not bad enough that I paid an account I shouldn't have, my bond application got declined. Guess who's name popped up. A month after payment was effected, Nashua still has not updated the account status with ITC causing me to come in just under the minimum required score for a bond application. After several attempts to reach the legal department I finally got through to Musa who could not give me any answers as to why my account status was not updated. He kindly forwarded a request to Leslie Jacobs who is their guy dealing with ITC. My account status should be updated in 7 working days. In the meantime, someone else is getting ready to move into the house we really wanted. What's even worse is, I sent the proof of payment to ITC and their response is that they can only take instruction from the creditors and not consumers which I think is a bit unfair as creditors don't seem to give a about consumers any more. For what it is worth, as soon as my contracts come to an end with Nashua, I'm done with Nashua.
