Last time I laid a complain with Nashua Mobile I did not know how much I owe Nashua mobile while I have been paying every month. Some guy from Nashua Mobile Midrand made contact and I asked to me emailed the bills as I do not receive their post anymore but even today not even a single email from them. My contract ended last year not sure which month, and was in arrears of three months but as I have been paying and have not received a paid up letter as I asked when last payment has been received yet I am not even updated on my bill.
I need to have a paid up letter if that's not too much to ask.
