Logged an email query (re Insurance for a phone) /- 5 days ago: still no response!
Tried to "modify" billing of statements... can't! Some message of "System under going upgrade, maintenance..." blah blah blah...
Rather be honest and just say :
"DUE TO TOTAL INCOMPETENCE OF STAFF EMPLOYED AND SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTED... WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU! "
.. and be downright honest!!!
