Invoiced without service

It started on the 15th April 2013 when we requested change of ownership on device. We supplied all the information they asked for and still didn't get connected. On 14th May 2013 we sent an email to Linbiwe informing her the service was too slow and we did not want to be connected. The same day we received a phone call to say the line was connected, We told her we didnt want the line and said she must read her email from us. 1st June 2013 we received the 1st invoice on which they charged us for the instrument they did not supply. We reversed the debit order and today 6th September we have received the 2nd invoice.
