I have been a happy Neotel customer for? 5 years. Moved from Jhb to CT and no problem. One call gives me a CT number an I am very happy. Call this line 1 and instrument 1. We now start a business and an inability to get ADSL forces me to Neotel for data and telephony. Call this line 2 and instrument 2. I buy instrument 2 cash as I do not want to be tied to contract..
I get ADSL and want to cancel Neotel. They convince me to change to prepaid so I do and keep the number. We never use it.
Now instrument 1 fails and cannot be repaired. I ask to use instrument 2 on line 1 but NO GO. They can only do it if I change to pre-paid. which I do not want. I want to continue the contract with a device I paid for. They now want to sell me an update with new machine and new cost.
Is anybody out there who can help?
