I have logged a query with the Autopage staff over the billing for my 3G line for period July to August. I was billed ridiculous amount of money query it but no proper feedback and explanation except the threats. When I renewed my 3G contract this year, the sales person who sold it to me quoted me R80 for 2giga bytes. I am now in awe to find that I'm billed more than R10000 for that period. They have debited this amount from my bank account but I reversed it because I'm still querying it and found no resolution. How does it change from R80 to R10812, 50? I have also previously enquired about the call limit option for this line. I am not in agreement with the amount billed and would like this to be investigated and validated. I am also not in a position to afford that kind of money in one instance for airtime. I believe I was fooled when sold this option and misled in taking this contract.
