Devious Dealings

I suspended my R499 month-to-month deal (10GB data & telephone line) on 21 June 2013 ref 80777175, as I had to move out of the then property and move into the new property only September or October depending on our Transfer of property as explained on 21 June 2013.I was told I would not be charged anything as my entire account is suspended (telephone line and data) and only be charged R499 p/month as previously once connected in the new property. I was then charged for data at which I logged a dispute ref 27001854.Today I receive an sms saying the following "Dear Mr. Miles Mulder, this is in response to your query about the Internet being put on hold, please be advised that it is not possible to keep the service on hold, you either pay for it in order to remain active or cancel the service in order to avoid the charges, we will still bill you for it should you choose to keep it active, however should you decide to cancel it, then you can send an email to [Email Removed] contact name or number supplied! HOW DO I PAY FOR SOMETHING I CAN'T USE?!! I need an immediate response! Someone phoned me at 11:46 today, didn't leave a msg & I phoned back 3 times until tone ends... no answer!
