I've been handed over to KNInc by Telkom, for the Change of ownership which went wrong from the beginning, as the surname on the Invoice is wrong, and i requested for prepaid line which never happened, the line never worked from day one. I did call telkom regarding the issue and the lady who answered said she cannot help me. Early this year i received a call from telkom informing me that the account has been cancelled. to my surprise i received an sms on the 30 April 2013, informing me that i've been handed over for failure to pay R849. Why must i pay for the line which never worked, the wrong surname on the invoice and the wrong deal. The ref number on the SMS is T1071/0179. Is this the way telkom run its bussinnes, by people.
