LATE DELIVERY

On the 9th of April 2013 my Avon account was Invoiced with an amount. Invoice number: 17635334. This box was supposed to be delivered to me within four days from date of Invoice. However, this box was for some or other reason only SENT ON THE 15TH OF APRIL!!! Together with another box. BUT, THAT'S NOT ALL, I RECEIVED THE OTHER BOX, WHICH WAS INVOICED ON THE 11TH OF APRIL, BUT I HAVE YET TO SEE THE FIRST BOX, THE ONE I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET OUT OF YOU PEOPLE FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS, WHOEVER IS GUILTY!!! WHEN THE GUYS DELIVERED THE BOX WHICH WAS INVOICED ON THE 11TH, I'VE ASKED THEM IF THEY DON'T HAVE ANOTHER BOX ON THE TRUCK FOR ME. THE GUY HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE ATTITUDE EVER, AND REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK AT THEIR LIST TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANOTHER BOX FOR ME, THAT, AFTER I'VE TOLD HIM I AM SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE TWO BOXES SINCE I RECEIVED TWO SMS. I AM DESPERATELY OFF AND AT THIS STAGE FEEL LIKE LEAVING THIS COMPANY. It doesn't help try and creating a job and income for yourself if you lose customers due to the incompetence of the delivery people, and i AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON FEELING THIS WAY. NOBODY LISTENS OR TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROBLEM!!!
