Debit order was cancelled by Head Office and I was never informed about problem until my cellphone number was deactivated. Paid it in full and re-instate debit order. Was again cancelled and again phone was deactivated, now with remarks "Not Authority To Debit". I was never informed, not even with sms. Found out now only when I mailed Credit Manager Diederick Claase. Paid account up in full again, now they suddenly cannor activate my number again. I need this number at all costs. But no explanation why number can't be activated again. Please help
