I went into Tygervalley Vodashop for an upgrade on my cellphone on Friday, 5 April 2013. The sales consultant was very helpful and after discussing the total of my monthly invoice, a total was given to me and it was acceptable and within my budget.
I received my invoice for May 2013 on Apr 8, 2013. I noticed that I was invoiced twice for My Meg100 Once-off. So instead of paying R49.00 extra on my invoice for May, I am charged R98.00 extra for May. I did not request this.
I also received a complimentary Standard 500MB Data for April from Vodacom. If the correct information was given to me, I would not have requested the once-off 100MB (at cost R49.00 extra) for April. Therefore, I want both charges (total of R98.00) to be removed from invoice (due date) 31/05/2013.
I want a new invoice to be sent to me with the correct amount to be deducted from my bank account on 01/06/2013.
