Got 2 contracts with Mtn, and their over charging me on BOTH (was paying one price now I'm paying more). Both are Top Up account so there should be no reason for this sudden increase.
Further I have logged this with them over a month ago, and no one seems interested to help. I have followed up several times only to be told that the issue is being investigated.
