Paying an extra R150 a month for who knows what?

I have had my ABSA account since January 2006. it started with being charged for sms notifications which were always different amounts and a few days after the withdraws of money or using the card (which i didn't receive the sms) after going into the branch they figured out that these smses had been going to a random number, i was then told my Internet banking was free and i wouldn't be charged for anything including paying into different accounts and now every time i log on or do anything i get charged diff amounts sometimes over R60, i don't receive statements anymore (since August 2012) so have to pay to see them on the Internet banking. I was recently approached by Broadway Durban offering me a credit card which i would pay R80 which i declined. At the beginning of the month i logged onto my Internet banking to see i have been Charged R150 (for things i don't know what they are to do with ABSA) i have sent numerous emails to find out what these costs are and never get a response. I'm uncertain to why I'm paying these extra fees now and if its my bank charges going up why i wasn't notified that i would be paying an extra R134 a month all of a sudden. And what these extras are.
