I Nigel Roets with ID 7903045029087 are using a blackberry 9810 torch and paying BIS R59 a month. All of a sudden I saw that my airtime is going down just for browsing especially for the days 25 and 26-09-2013 and can't understand why?? My TCP IP settings is set and was checked and correct when I called Vodacom so I was not suppose to be charged for browsing. A ticket was logged with Vodacom (S3-T1U70-0Q8I) Please could this be investigated with immediate effect and the necessary credits passed on my airtime which was charged incorrectly and advise on this urgently, my number 0722435499 or e mail [Email Removed]
