Last year I took out 2 laptops modems with 2gig cap each month at Autopage. On the 9th of April me and my boyfriend were involved in a armed robery. Both laptops and modems were. On the same day I returned with all my documents and they said they will block the number. 2 weeks later I get a phone call from the head office asking about a bill of R2000. I explain, she says don't worry will block & remove amount. 2 months of battling endlessly with the shop I go in to do a sim swap so that I can use the internet again. They STILL did not block the account. It went from R2000 to R6000 and I'm finally blocked cause I'm suspended! Every single time money comes into my account, they take it. They owe me so much and remain useless
