I went to Ebest buy beds Midrand to change the payment date last year December, I found this other Lady and ask her to change the debit date in my account to go to the 15th of every month starting from 15 January 2013.The reason for me to change the date was because of my company has changed the payment date to the 15 of every month as starting from 15 January 2013.So what happened is that iv been told that everything is changed to 15 of every month starting [URL Removed] 15 January nothing has been taken from my account then i went back to store to check whats the problem and i been told that their system sometimes doesn't change information, i then ask whats the solution? The lady Marcia told me to do the cash payment in hands n ive done that but what makes me so angry is that the bank has charged me for unpaid debit and they also charged me at their site for not paying in date. They are charging me interests for not paying in time while ive done the debit date and my account is keep on going up even though am paying.its so painful cause am not going to finish paying this account while ive done the right things.i real need help
