Damaged Goods AND BAD SERVICE

I received my upgrade on Tuesday only to find the phone was broken! Contacted Vodacom they gave me a ref number and were supposed to come back to me on replacing the unit and collecting broken one as of now i have still not had any response or had ANYONE in contact with me regarding this! I called the upgrade dept to be told by a Makano phone was being delivered today - that was at 3pm she promised to call me back to confirm that the delivery company RAM would deliver before 4pm surprise surprise no one has bothered to contact us once again AND STILL NO PHONE seems i am paying now for an upgrdade without the phone!!! i can tell you now Vodacom wont refund me for the days i have been without a handset!!! TYPICAL bad service of large companies
