USELESS FOR F SAKE

2 weeks has passed since I requested international roaming forms for my boss.

I go into Vodacom Victory Park to be told I can only get them from the call center.

Now on the phone with the useless call center for 18 minutes while I am transferred from one call center agent to another, NOT EVEN THE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR COULD ASSIST ME.

Thank you to Vodacom for making me look incompetent in my bosses eyes.
