I have a data contract (2G for R149) with vodacom. Suddenly i am billed R164.62 due to Dual billing that I never requested. Called the call center on 28 Aug 13 to get clarity. I was then told that that dual billing has been cancelled and I will get a call from the call centre for the credit in 24 hrs time. Its been now 6 days and no call nor credit from Vodacom. Called the call centre again this morning and the first agent kept me on hold for more than 10 min until I hanged up. A minute later I dialled the call centre number again and got a different agent who now tells me that the credit will only happen on 03 Oct 13. First of all, who's fault is this since I have never requested for dual billing? Secondly why is it that easy for Vodacom to debit my account for more than what I have signed for? Why is it so difficult now for me to get MY credit? Lastly I am not prepared to wait for a month to get my credit whereas vodacom is at fault, therefore I WANT MY CREDIT IMMEDIATELY! I AM NOT GOING TO CALL THE FRUSTRATING CALL CENTER AGAIN. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY and at the end of this contract, Vodacom I will be beating you fairwell.
