I had wasp's that we consuming my airtime daily and I called Vodacom to please de-subscribe me. I never subscribed my cell no to those wasp's.
I was told that I have been de-subscribed from the wasp, it was confirmed by an SMS from Vodacom. About 2 hours after I called Vodacom another SMS from one of the de-subscribed wasp (internetq- akazoo) saying I am still subscribed, I then called Vodacom again and requested that this wasp must be blocked permanently and I was told by the call center agent (Thabiso) and the his manager Kagiso that they can not permanently block the wasp. I then requested a reference no for my call and I was told for this kind of querries I can't get a reference no.
Kagiso said I rather speak to this companies that operates the wasp, and I refused because I have no relationship with those companies, my relationship is with Vodacom as my network provider. Vodacom failed to protect me as their client. I had a feeling that the wasp operator and Vodacom has a relationship and I found that confirmation on Vodacom' website: [URL Removed]
