Useless spitefull little people

I called the call center because my problem that has been ongoing for 6 months is not getting fixed.

2 different call center agents were unable and unwilling to assist me, putting me on hold for more than 10 minutes before just transferring me to another random department.

Useless, arrogant and blatantly incompetent.

Meanwhile my problem is not getting fixed.
