CANCELLATIONS/ Passing the Buck

I have been trying for almost 3 months to cancel a contract (Account No. 13817335-6) that was opened on my cellphone/ Vodacom number.
Despite numerous calls to the vodacom call center, several hours on the phone with several vodacom call center operators who simply passed the buck around and some of whom were rude, despite walking into Vodacom's Eastgate customer care branch and requesting for my cell phone number to be cancelled as they seemed to be unwilling to cancel the contract and getting false reassurances that the matter would be handled, the contract is yet to be cancelled.
I am very disappointed with Vodacom and their lack of integrity. I expected better from them. I have been thoroughly inconvenienced and have now moved to MTN
