Double Billing and doesn’t listen when asking help

Does this even help? Vodacom Call Center is so incompetent, and after trying to explain the problem 4 times in a row they cant understand what you are saying to them apart from wasting your time.
When you ask to be transferred to a Supervisor or Manager it is bluntly refused and said you must deal with the person that is on the line, after clearly stating you don't want to talk to them and want to speak to another consultant that could possibly understand or a Manager you are told to 1st sort the problem out with the person on the line, that CANT understand English or have the common sense to understand you want to talk to someone else, even when repeatedly asking to be transferred or a Manager to be called, nor when you explicitly tell them you are frustrated with them and don't want to speak to them.
When phoning and speaking to another agent (Brenda) explaining how mad you are, and you want to speak to a Supervisor you are told the entire place is to busy and a Supervisor is to busy to talk to a Angry Paying Customer. Do they not understand our monthly invoices pay there salary? Brenda then said Linda is to busy, when asking to call her she just drops the line ending the call
