Lines out of order for 4 days now

For the 5th time this year we have our business lines out of order.
A fault was reported on Monday, 254CWZ030913, and to date we have still not received a call, a reply or a date that the fault will be resolved.

You would expect that after 4 times already this year previously this fault could be resolved speedily and efficiently for a business.
