No answer call centre/response regarding enquiry

Fault : 24CWZ300913 was reported on 30.09.2013... later the same day i received a sms confirming the fault resolved. The fault was in fact not resolved on our business telephone line and is still down. I filed three escalation reports stating our business line is still down. Still no response. I was not able to log the fault online again as it stated there has already been fault loggend on our lines. This morning 01.10.2013 i phoned the business call centre for fault reports from my cellphone. After 52 minutes of waiting for an operator to answer i gave up. This is now our second day without our business line not working!!! Our other line is also dead (023 3443 256)-but also unable to log the fault as it states a fault has been loggend in the past!
