Insurance problem??!!

Had a break-in on 19/08/13 - laptop - wanted to claim from the Vodasure insurance - according to them, no insurance(??) but I pay insurance, and remember increasing the amount to accomodate a laptop. Contacted Westgate Vodacom where the unit was obtained from - very upset - manager says " If you come into my shop and make a scene, I will have you removed", agent at vodasure says "to bad, so sad" when we phoned to sort out what happened to the insurance paid, according to them, the insurance is only for the dongle, not the laptop(??). Lucky for us, another lady at Vodasure faxes our completed insurance form to us - and low and behold - what is ticked?? - LAPTOPS - BAND 6 insurance @ R179.00. Speak to Vodasure again regarding the completed form and info ticked - OOPS!! we did not increase your insurance payments to include the laptop, but if you pay 2 years worth of premiums, we will pretend we did not make a very BIG mistake!! Once this is paid, we will proceed with your insurance claim. This is totally incompetance on the side of Vodacom/sure, as I now had to pay R2730.00, because they cannot do a simple task such as READING a form, and charging me correctly - MONTHLY!
